The Fat Zone 21st Century Dieting versus Celebrity Diets

The Fat Zone 21st Century Dieting versus Celebrity Diets

There are an enormous number of celebrity diets on the market. They can be seen in book formats, infomercials and other media presentations. Taking a close look at these programs, some not all, appear neither healthy nor as weight reduction programs. Purporting one can eat pizza, chocolate cake, lasagna and other delectable dishes and lose weight is highly suspicious. Assuming the latter is true the health consequences of such foods, especially in diet mode, have weak foundations.

Enter The Fat Zone Diet into the mix. This unique diet utilizes the latest weight reduction techniques in its menus for rapid safe weight reduction. Utilizing The Fat Zone menus is simplistic and once learned can be used on any occasion. Dieters no longer have to worry about eating away from home. The menus allow for variation in food protocols allowing the dieter choices at his or her favorite local restaurant. Diets have two elements. The first is weight loss which is the essential reason for The Fat Zone’s creation. Second the diet should be extremely healthy which makes The Fat Zone especially attractive.

Physicians have begun to take note of this program and are recommending this diet to their patients. We encourage all in the health community to study our program closely. They will find well designed menus allowing the dieter to see quick weight reduction.

Before you spend “five times the price” for a diet displayed with a polished presentation try one designed by a physician for maximum effectiveness, The Fat Zone 21st Century Dieting.

Final Directives The Legal Ethical and Moral Journey to Death

Final Directives: The Legal Ethical and Moral Journey to Death Government has no heart or soul. Its sole purpose is conformity to legislative and judicial agendas. Step outside of these two realms then the consequences become toxic and untenable. Final Directives: The Legal Ethical and Moral Journey to Death, brings the reader into a domain displaying government’s intrusive hand when a person’s last days are upon him or her. Lacking clear medical directives, during the most sensitive time in one’s life, overzealous prosecutors and judges become the final arbiters whether you live or die. Through a multitude of medical cases this e-book exemplifies why people should detail whether they want to be kept alive by extraordinary means. One case in the book explains why a grieving family was forced by a state government to continue extraordinary therapies though the patient was declared brain dead. T...

SPEX: Prepare Properly with a Review by Mark Davis MD

SPEX: Prepare Properly with a Review by Mark Davis MD Forced to take the Special Purpose Examination (SPEX) by your state medical board, prepare yourself with someone knowledgeable in this exam, Mark Davis MD. Through interactions with a multitude of examinees Dr. Davis has a bank of current information which can help potential test candidates with their studies. Dr. Davis’ review encompasses question content and subject matter on current exams. SPEX is a complex exam consisting of 336 questions taken in sections over a one day time period. This exam’s fail rate is very high and state medical boards do not provide candidates with information helpful to pass this exam. In a sense the SPEX is designed to fail because the exam requires a bank of information not in a physician’s general readings or continuing education courses. Examinees have failed this exam, in some cases, 3 or more times. With an extraordinary cost both in time to prepare and test entry fee a SPEX an examinee ...

SPEX PREP INSTRUCTION MENTORED BY MARK DAVIS MD

SPEX PREP INSTRUCTION MENTORED BY MARK DAVIS MD Special Purpose Examination is a complex test given by the Federation of State Medical Boards (FSMB). This exam is designed to fail. Too many of our colleagues sit for this test two, three or more times. Antiquated literature on the market misdirects potential examinees with questions that do not come near the substance on this unfair exam.   SPEX is unfair because much of its subject matter is not incurred in daily practice or found in general medical readings as claimed by the FSMB. SPEX mentoring evolved to direct potential test takers towards the proper subject matter to study. Current question content is heavily reviewed enabling the potential examinee to direct his/her studies in a more efficieint matter. Dr. Mark Davis comes in contact with many who have recently taken this test to keep the information he provides current and up to date. Please contact Dr. Davis to schedule time for SPEX test review at platomd@gmail.c...
